Chef's special 

  • An opportunity for your hall chef’s team to demonstrate their culinary skills. Creating a special menu unique to your hall.

Wednesday

  • Sticky Dijon mustard turkey escalope
  • Goat’s cheese and butternut squash tortilla (v)
