In keeping with the city’s sporting heritage, UoN and NTU come face to face every year in our annual Notts Varsity sporting series. Varsity Ice Hockey kicks off the series - as a fan-favourite spectacle like no other!Join us at Motorpoint Arena on Monday 2nd February 2026 doors open at 17:30 with entertainment starting from 18:00. Be there to catch the action as UoN and NTU go stick to stick on the ice and take their place in Nottingham’s sporting history.

These tickets are free for Students in ResX Supported halls only.
There will be ResX staff outside the arena to meet you and will have the tickets.
