📦 Make collecting your parcels easy

Whether it’s a package from home or your latest purchase – for fast, secure and hassle-free delivery and collection be sure to use one of our on-campus locker facilities when making purchases or receiving packages. With In Post, Royal Mail, Amazon, already on campus and EVRI expected to arrive in the Autum, choose an option most convenient to you.

Parcels and letters sent from or to Friends and Family.

If you are receiving or sending a package to a family member or friend on campus be sure to use our one of our on-campus locker facilities to ensure fast, convenient access.

Alternatively, parcels and letters can be sent to you via Royal Mail Post boxes and post offices. Please use your Hall address and postcode for delivery as detailed below.

All Letters will be available to collect from Welcome Points.

Parcels may be collected from Mail Service Centre located near Derby Hall on University Park or your Welcome Point if staying on Jubilee Campus. Please note this will involve additional processing time.

InPost and Royal Mail Lockers

If you are purchasing items online, please select a parcel locker location during the checkout process. 

To use the InPost lockers, please select the ‘click and collect’ delivery option at checkout, and choose a locker of your choice.

Once your item is in the locker, you will receive notification with a retrieval code.  Scan or input the code at the locker to release your parcel.

Amazon Lockers

Select your locker of choice during the checkout process.

Add this locker to your address book, and choose it as your delivery address

Once your item is in the locker, you will receive a notification with a retrieval code.  Scan or input the code at the locker to release your parcel.

Oversized Items, and items from suppliers not supported by Inpost, Amazon or Royal Mail networks

If you order an item and find it is too large for a locker, or the lockers on campus are not an option at checkout, continue to use your Hall address, and the courier will deliver to the Mail Service Centre. Please note this will involve additional processing time, and there may be a delay in receiving your item. You will receive an email to advise you when your parcel can be collected either from Mail Service Centre near Derby Hall if you are staying on University Park or your Welcome Point if staying on Jubilee Campus

Where possible, always select a parcel locker as your preferred choice.

Remember to ALWAYS USE YOUR HALL as your address, this will avoid any deliveries getting lost or returned.

Where can I post letters?

University Park

• Highfields post box on Beeston Lane and Jubilee Avenue roundabout by the west entrance.
• Portland post box – B floor, south entrance opposite Porter’s office.
• Cripps Hall post box – located at Welcome Point North reception.
• Cavendish Hall post box – located at Welcome Point West
• Mail Service Centre at Derby Hall.

Jubilee Campus

• Derby Road near Kenyon Road, diagonally opposite the Advanced Manufacturing Building

Sutton Bonington

• College Road near the sports hall entrance
