Feeling overwhelmed? Try these activities!

You might be feeling homesick, struggling to fit in, or finding it hard to stay motivated, especially if this year feels different from your last. If you're an international student, adjusting to British culture might add extra challenges. These "wobbles" are normal - everyone experiences times of uncertainty, but whatever you're facing, know that it’s okay, and the university has resources ready to support you through these times. Wobble Week runs from 28th October to 8th November, and offers various activities to support you through challenging times:

  1. Wobble Wall – Share thoughts and feelings on the Wobble Wall, a supportive way to connect with others experiencing similar struggles.
  2. Therapy Dog Meet-ups – De-stress with therapy dogs, known for boosting mental well-being through comforting interactions.
  3. Craft Sessions – Join creative sessions to unwind and take a mental break with crafting.
  4. Financial Wellbeing Webinar (7th November) – Gain valuable tips on budgeting and financial management.
